Why work with me
I created belle and breath because wellbeing should feel simple, accessible and sustainable.
With over seven years in corporate events, I saw first-hand how easily movement, mindfulness and connection slip to the bottom of the list. Long hours and constant demands leave little space for ourselves, even though wellbeing underpins how well we work and live.
That’s why my sessions are built to fit into real working days. Small, accessible moments of movement ease tension, help you recharge and don’t need a big commitment. And because we move together, you build a sense of community that helps everyone stay on track.
I’m a qualified 200-hour yoga instructor, fully insured, and I’ve delivered sessions for New Balance, Les Run and F45.

Personal Journey
Yoga first became part of my life as a personal practice. After practising for five years, I decided to deepen my knowledge and understanding by completing my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2025. Prior to qualifying, I spent a year travelling and working across Australia, New Zealand and India, an experience that further strengthened my appreciation for the importance of movement, mindfulness and wellbeing in everyday life.
I believe the most lasting change comes not from dramatic transformations, but from small, consistent actions that build stronger foundations over time.
Ever turned up to a yoga class and thought, what am I doing here? That was me for years, when my mum would drag me from class to class.
That changed one day at a sports centre in Hackney. A cover teacher moved away from the usual flow and led us through alternate nostril breathing, something I would once have laughed at with my mum. A few people left, because it wasn’t what they’d come for. I stayed, and I had never felt so restful. That day showed me that yoga is about far more than movement.
That’s why there’s breath in the name. Belle and breath is wellbeing that goes beyond the mat, feels simple and accessible, and is open to anyone, even if you’d once have laughed at it.
